Hi everybody I wanted to let you know my favourite staff to work with I really love working with Shani I think she’s hilariously funny always in a good mood and is just fantastic company she also has a lovely attitude towards her work and she’s much more chilled out than some of the other staff would ask that she be on my rotor more often. She’s great fun and she makes me laugh all the time I also love your new Filipino carers I can’t remember the names but they were great thank you for sending them round all the best Charlie.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to confirm how happy and grateful I am for the care being given by Manpreet to my husband, John. Manpreet is very friendly and has a caring and lovely nature from the moment she comes, the result of this is that John is at ease with her from the moment she arrives to the time she leaves. Once she finished with any needs that john needs help with, she will always ask if I need anything else doing.

I just wanted to drop you another quick email to say how well that sylvia and Karen worked together on Sunday morning. They also had a great manner with john and he got on very well with them. It would be great if we could have them both on a Sunday morning.

Irum is doing a wonderful job. She is understanding my needs and when I get ill with something (which is everyday), she calmly looks after me. She is very competent.

I wanted to say how absolutely wonderful Dinali is. She is patient, she listens and most important of all, She cares. She is an absolute pleasure to have in our home and in such a short amount of time I have been able to build a rapport and level of trust with her which is do difficult for me to do.

I would like to say how lovely the girls have been to Ruth. It was a big change for her as she was with another company for a few years. I live here as a scheme arranged through Age UK and careering is a very worthwhile job.

To all the staff and management involved in the care of my husband Andy especially to the lovely ladies who provided the care for him at home. To Andy you were his nurses and to me, you were my angels. My family and I cannot thank you enough for your care and compassion, and always with smiling happy faces. We could not have got through the last 2 months of Andy’s life without your help and support. You put a little sunshine into what has been the most difficult time of my life, and Andy when he could, would always smile when his lovely nurses arrived to help him.
